Data Processor

The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by the data controller.

Data Controller

The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the data recording system.

Data Controller

The personal data you share as a patient, client, or addressee is evaluated by the "DRKAYA" legal entity, acting as data controller under the KVKK, within the scope described below.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

In accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed:

• In compliance with the law and the principle of good faith
• Accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date
• For specified, explicit and legitimate purposes
• In a manner relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which it is processed
• For the period required by applicable legislation or for the purpose for which it is processed

DRKAYA Hair Treatments Clinic Activities

Your personal data is processed in connection with the clinic's following activities:

• Establishing and operating private hospitals, polyclinics, dispensaries, laboratories, hair transplant centres, health centres and facilities, health cabins, maternity homes, and dental/prosthetic treatment centres to provide health services
• Opening diagnosis and treatment centres, physical therapy and rehabilitation units within the hospital, and establishing and operating check-up centres
• Providing and organising all kinds of medical aid, examination, health and medical services, and employing specialists in the relevant field
• Performing tomography, computed tomography, scintigraphy, bone density measurement, mammography, X-ray imaging, MRI, echo, ultrasonography and doppler, endoscopy, and use of radioactive materials, subject to the required official permissions
• Establishing, operating and leasing facilities for physical therapy, oncology, haemodialysis and medical rehabilitation units
• Establishing and operating medical analysis laboratories, private hospitals, inpatient diagnosis and treatment centres, dental laboratories, research laboratories, and oral/dental health clinics and polyclinics, and leasing related facilities
• Entering into agreements with companies abroad for diagnosis and treatment, granting or receiving representation/agency, and participating in relevant tenders
• Providing and carrying out communication related to these activities

Transfer of Personal Data

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to third parties deemed necessary for DRKAYA Hair Treatments Clinic to continue its activities — including program partners, collaborating institutions, suppliers, donors, clinic managers/employees, legally authorised public institutions, legally authorised private legal entities, or parties abroad.

• DRKAYA website registration forms
• Patient follow-up forms
• Consultant follow-up forms
• Patient follow-up archive forms

How to Apply

If you submit a request regarding the rights above to DRKAYA Hair Treatments Clinic, you will receive a free response within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Applications must be clear and in writing, with a wet signature, accompanied by identity and address documents, and submitted in person, by mail, or delivered to the address below.
