How the Hybrid Method Works

   Consultation & Area Analysis

   We evaluate your donor area, hair loss pattern, existing hair density, and recipient areas to determine where Sapphire FUE or DHI will provide the most appropriate approach.

   Graft Extraction & Preservation

   Follicular units are carefully extracted from the donor area using the FUE technique and maintained under controlled conditions until implantation.

   Sapphire FUE for Coverage

   In areas with significant hair loss or larger empty spaces, Sapphire FUE is used to create recipient channels and provide effective graft coverage with a natural distribution.

   DHI for Density Enhancement

   Sorted grafts are loaded into Choi implanter pens and placed directly into the scalp in areas where existing hair remains but density is reduced. Grafts are implanted between the existing hairs to enhance density while respecting the natural direction and pattern of the hair.

5. 5

   Growth & Final Result

   Transplanted hair sheds within a few weeks as expected, then regrows over the following months, reaching full density and a natural finish by 12–18 months.
